Arrival Notification
Your packages will be delivered to our US warehouse address. Each package will be entered into our database in order to give you location updates.
Get your packages
Once your packages are successfully cleared, we’ll take them to your local FlagShip Warehouse and you’ll receive a notification that they are ready for pickup or delivery

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
Tracking your package is very simple. When you are logged into your FlagShip Couriers account, you will be immediately sent to the packages page with all your packages and their statuses.

HOW DO I PAY MY INVOICE?
Invoices can be paid by debit card, credit card, ABM deposit and online transfer to FlagShip Couriers NCB Business account.

WHY DOES MY INVOICE SHOW A DIFFERENT PRICE THAN I ACCEPTED WHEN CREATING THE SHIPMENT?
Differences in price can be a result of a multitude of issues such as Special Handling charges and Custom Duty. If you ever have any questions regarding your invoices, you can always contact us and will always be more than happy to assist you

WHAT HAPPENS IF SHIPMENT IS DELAYED?
If a shipment is delayed due to bad weather or aircraft issues, packages will be en-route to Jamaica on the next available shipment.
